The SMS message frequency will vary but will not be more than 3-5 unless there is a notification event. Message and data rates may apply; check your carrier’s terms.

Text “STOP” to any message to unsubscribe immediately.

We will never sell your data.

Introduction

By joining our SMS program provided by Western Towing you agree to receive recurring text messages (notifications, updates, and reminders) on the number you provide, under these Terms that adhere to TCPA (2025) and CTIA Best Practices.

1. Opt-In Consent

In accordance with the 2025 TCPA guidelines, your participation in our SMS service requires explicit one-to-one consent. This means that by opting in, you consent to receive messages from Western Towing only. Consent cannot be shared with other companies or third-party entities without your direct approval.

To join our SMS program, you may opt in through the following methods, in compliance with the 2025 CTIA Guidelines:

Web Form: Provide consent by checking a clearly labeled checkbox explicitly stating SMS program enrollment during the opt-in process.
Verbal Consent: Offer verbal consent by clearly agreeing to SMS participation after being read a compliant SMS consent disclosure.
In-Person Paper Form: Sign or complete a paper intake form that includes a dedicated section with clear language outlining SMS consent.
2. Message Frequency
You will receive no more than 3-5, unless for urgent notifications. Standard carrier rates apply.

Text Message Terms & Conditions

When you sign up for text messages from Western Towing, you are signing up to receive text messages related to your relationship with Western Towing. These messages may include:

  • Updates related to our services
  • Western Towing account updates
  • Appointment Reminders
  • Payment / Billing reminders
  • Vehicle / Property storage information
  • Any other Customer Service follow up information

You can opt out of SMS messages by texting STOP to the respective text message. Your opt-out request will generate one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from Western Towing program you opted out of. To receive assistance reply HELP within the text message thread.

Western Towing is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies but will not exceed 5 messages per day unless there is a notification event.
