When you sign up for text messages from Western Towing, you are signing up to receive text messages related to your relationship with Western Towing. These messages may include:
- Updates related to our services
- Western Towing account updates
- Appointment Reminders
- Payment / Billing reminders
- Vehicle / Property storage information
- Any other Customer Service follow up information
You can opt out of SMS messages by texting STOP to the respective text message. Your opt-out request will generate one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from Western Towing program you opted out of. To receive assistance reply HELP within the text message thread.
